Winter Sanctuary is a one-day winter retreat designed to gently guide you out of overdoing and into deep rest.
We’ll spend the day in a cozy log cabin nestled by the river, letting winter’s stillness work its magic.
Winter invites us to slow down, turn inward, and restore what has been depleted, yet so many of us continue to push through fatigue, stress, and mental overload. This retreat is a sanctuary for your nervous system. You’ll be held in a space where nothing is required of you except to receive. Expect deep rest, subtle recalibration, and a sense of renewal that carries beyond the day. This is not about fixing yourself, it’s about remembering how to slow down, soften, and reset from the inside out.
