FALL INTO FALL 1 Day EQUINOX RETREAT
The Fall Equinox is a time for balance, reflection and transition. Its a time when day and night are in perfect balance symbolizing the need for balance in our own lives. It encourages us to reflect on how to bring more harmony into our personal, spiritual, and emotional well being. Its also a time to celebrate the harvest, giving thanks and being in gratitude for the abundance of the earth as well as celebrating the fruits of our labor both Literal and metaphorical. As the trees shed there leaves in the fall it is also a time for deep letting go of what no longer serves us. A time to release and prepare for inward reflection as we move towards the colder darker months ahead. The fall equinox prepares us for this transition from the active summer energy towards the restful winter energy.

10:30 am – 12:00 pm – Opening Ceremony & Fall Equinox Sound Voyage
12:30 pm – 1:30 pm – Lunch
1:30 pm – 4 pm – Impromptu water & sound Immersion in the heated saltwater pool followed by Free time to enjoy magical grounds (pool, spa, sauna, etc.)
4pm – Closing Circle
