Nervous System Reset is a deeply restorative sound experience designed to gently guide your body out of stress response and into a state of safety, balance, and renewal.
Through immersive sound frequencies and subtle hypnotic guidance, layers of accumulated tension begin to soften. As you lie comfortably and allow the waves of sound to move through you, your breath slows. Your mind quiets. Your system recalibrates naturally.
